New London Connecticut -
A woman was assaulted two times today inside of the New London Community Meal center, the woman who was assaulted called 911 and was told by police she she would also be arrested if she pressed charges.
According to a witness the subject who assaulted the woman was screaming inside the establishment for over 10 minutes while staff was trying to protect the woman who was assaulted.
QUESTIONS-
Why do staff at the meal center allow disruptive individuals to return to the meal center?
Why would the police arrest the victim in this incident?
Why do the police get called to this location on a daily basis?
